Winemaker’s Notes - This wine showcases aromas of white peach, green papaya, and honeydew melon. Delicate floral aromas of orange blossom are layered with tones of pink grapefruit and lemon meringue. The wine shows bright acidity and an incredibly juicy palate that finishes with a buttered pastry note. The wine ferments at a very cool temperature for ~30days to preserve the incredible aromas and is aged sur lie on 30% new French oak to develop the texture of the wine.
