About Valette Wines

Valette Wines approaches winemaking through a chef's lens. Launched in 2016 by Chef-Vintner Dustin Valette, each wine is crafted in collaboration with five legendary 100-point winemakers who are masters of their specific varietals: Bob Cabral (Pinot Noir & Rosé), Jesse Katz (Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc), David Ramey and Tom Rochioli (Chardonnay), and Michael Browne (Pinot Noir). These are small-production wines born from genuine friendships, created with the same obsessive attention to detail that earned Dustin Michelin recognition in his kitchens. The portfolio includes terroir-driven California wines alongside an authentic French Champagne, a late-disgorged 2010 Blanc de Noirs aged 14 years on lees from Arrentières in the Aube department of Champagne, France. With back-to-back 100-point Cabernet Sauvignons for the 2021 and 2022 vintages, Valette Wines offers your clients wines designed specifically to elevate the dining experience, backed by four generations of Sonoma County heritage and a proven track record of critical acclaim that drives demand.
